Marlon is an excellent trainer. He knows his craft and understands the various approaches to achieving desired results. During my training we focused on strength training (new approach to me) combined with traditional weight lifting. Within weeks I started feeling and seeing results, which were later confirmed by compliments from friends who saw the physical changes. Marlon's education in biology is also an added plus as he often explained the impact of exercise and nutrition on the body. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I trained with Marlon for quite some time, about 4x a week before Sandy hit, and he was without a doubt the best personal trainer I had. The results that I saw while training with him were absolutely incredible. This man really knows what he is doing.

I trained with Marlon for almost three months earlier this year and it was a great experience. I started just before Christmas 2012. I had decided to make a gift to myself working with a personal trainer who could help me to go back to that shape I had forgotten given my crazy schedule. That's how I met Marlon at Bally's. I had already had a personal trainer when I was still in my country, Italy, but I have to say that working out with Marlon was way better. He is knowledgeable, patient, funny, friendly and very creative giving me always new challenges at every session. It was exactly what I needed and how I intended. Not to forget the final massages to relax your body after such a hard work out. Highly recommended.

i was some skinny little dude with no muscle when i hire marlon for personal training. five month and i felt great, super strong and got bulked up. Super good trainer and coach very knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommended!!!!!!

I trained with Marlon earlier this year, he is one of the best trainers I have worked with.
I have a very aggressive schedule which he was very flexible around. I also appreciate that he always targeted my problem areas(mid section) and legs.
However the change in the circuit made working with him fun and interesting. Also the positive motivation and energy is always a plus.
I am the classic working mom, career, kids, bills and the weight of the world.
So I would reccomend Marlon to anyone that wants to at least shed the weight on the hips lol. I lost 10 pounds the first month and fit into my size 6 again.

I trained with Marlon for over three months at Bally's. He's awesome! He has a great personality which makes you feel comfortable working out with him (as a girl). He also caters your workout to what you want to achieve-- so in my case--I wanted to get toned without losing any weight--and within a few months I could see the difference in my body. He's sets a good example himself--the guy can bench over 500 pounds. FYI- before training with Marlon I had never been to a gym before and didn't know squats from push ups--But Marlon was super patient and funny and got me through something I was frankly dreading.
