Check this one with their physician, it is too dangerous to propose an exercise or two without examining the whole scope. Maybe they have the physiotherapist at hand? I am sure do not move these knees any right-left, but otherwise - no, you HAVE to ask them to ask the Doc... Good luck!

Just the body weight. or even not full body weight. So, the person works against the gravity (i.e. her own body weight). Can be done at different angles, can be incorporated with help of TRX, folks just LOVE this! (Me too!). Good luck!
