I love this question. I don't list prices, but have them readily available should someone ask. I try to help them pick the best set up for their situation, then show them the cost difference between 1 or 2 options that meet their needs.
I don't know that anyone knows for sure.
A lot of variables to consider there. How old are they? new to exercise? Have they been released from a doctor or physical therapist?
Try chewing your food for 30-50 bites. I can always feel my facial muscles working when I do that.
