Would people choose menu items with fewer calories if they could see the amount of exercise required to work off that meal?

How would they "see" the amount of exercise required to work off a meal? Even if they could visualize it, I think clients should think about the positive benefits of exercise that they get, rather than an exercise sentence to make up for a bad meal. Thank You Mac Dodds Live Good Fitness

I like to do a multiplanar movement warm up and some standard total body moves. I can usually tell when someone isn't moving smoothly. I then try to set up a more formal assessment and offer another fitness option to them that might be more appropriate.
