If she has been cleared to exercise by her doc, Why not try some assisted squatting with a pole or Suspension trainer and keep her in a pain free range of motion. I might also try a split stance, narrow stance or step up and look for dysfunction. Live Good, Mac Dodds Live Good Fitness
