This is a long time in coming but it hasn't changed the impact Linda has had on me and how I work out and live my life. She is a motivating trainer and without her help to jump start my fitness goal, I wouldn't be where I am right now; 100lbs and 16% body fat. Her workouts aren't just workouts. They are fun and making them more challenging as you improve your form is not a dreaded task. She has also got me started with the habit of getting up in the early morning and working out. I have not been able to change that habit and it's become a need for me to start my day with a good sweat. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer.

Linda is such a find! She is extremely motivating and pushes you further than you knew you could go so you leave proud of what you accomplished. She makes me want to eat right and work out on days I don't see her too. She constantly corrects form so I'm always sore after our workouts but only in the muscles we worked- she is 100% focused on you doing it right. I always leave excited to come back which has made my results last. She's fun and high energy when you're with her and she texts you and keeps in touch in between sessions to keep you on track. She also adjusts her style to her clients so I feel like I'm getting exactly what I need- even at our 5:30am sessions! I always talk about how happy I am training with her and recommend her to all my friends!

Linda is an excellent trainer. She is very knowledgeable and continues to educate herself. She always has a good attitude and has the ability to get you into a better mood even when she is kicking your butt! She genuinely cares about her clients success. She is very encouraging and checks in throughout the week to help keep you on track. I always look forward to training with her and definitely recommend her as a trainer.

Linda is motivating, professional, and knowledgeable. I have been training with her for over 6 months and never had a dull workout. She, unlike other trainers I have had, is consistently correcting and making sure you are doing the exercises in a targeted and efficient manner. Linda focuses on total body workouts that are functional and fun. I feel confident when I exercise with Linda that I am getting stronger and more fit with every session. I have also learned a lot about diet and weight loss. Instead of just focusing on the time you have in the gym with her, she coaches on to how to make healthy choices outside of the gym. Overall, Linda is the best trainer I have ever had and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to kick their fitness regimen up a notch!

Let me start by bragging about Linda for a second: She was the 5th highest ranked personal trainer for Crunch in 2010 (out of almost 300 nationwide). That, my friends, is no accident. As a former D1 athlete (Track and Field) I've had the chance to work out with some extraordinary coaches and trainers. With her incredible work ethic and focus on continued education, Linda is destined to be operating at their level - and in many ways she already is. Once she assesses your current status and fitness goals, she tailors a program for you that blends tried-and-true basic/power exercises with modern techniques for developing strong core balance and stability. She is down to earth and always has a positive attitude, and if I'm having a bad day she will create a workout on the spot that suits my mood and leaves me feeling energized. I have also learned a ton from her about diet and nutrition, which are very important to me. Whether you are out of shape and looking to get back on track, or you are already an athlete and you are looking to take yourself to the next level, I highly recommend that you give Linda a try. You won't be disappointed.
