Glute Activation Sequence

I worked on this sequence with a physical therapist. This sequence will enhance neural pathways that acitvate gluteal (butt) muscles. Once these pathways are enhanced, gluteal (butt) exercises will have better results. Perform the sequence regularly and continue to progress. Bosu Progressions

Pool Work Out

Take your work out to the pool. Aquatic training challenges the body in an efficient new way. Intervals, power, endurance are just a few of the drills that are combined into my pool training program. Close attention is applied to energy zones, movement patterns, technique and core recruitment.
