The Band System was introduced to me 3 years ago. This system has completely changed my training technique. It has added a whole new dimension of fun, effectiveness and movement. I continue to use this system in customized setting
I worked on this sequence with a physical therapist. This sequence will enhance neural pathways that acitvate gluteal (butt) muscles. Once these pathways are enhanced, gluteal (butt) exercises will have better results.
Perform the sequence regularly and continue to progress. Progress with tempos, # of reps, & exercise mini band above knee.

Progressions can be built up from bosu to stability ball. The following Exercises strengthen core, arms, shoulders and hips.
