From our first phone call Louis' knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in his clients was apparent. With constant encouragement, patience, and positive attitude he helps me exceed each goal I set. Louis pushes me to a new level each session. I see Louis 2x a week and would double that if I could! The results, and Louis himself, are priceless.

It is simply not possible to compare Louis as his work ethic , research, and devotion to his profession and to YOUR goals is not measured in the hour sessions one gets from him, but by the selfless immersion he shares with you in order to achieve true optimum health and fitness. He is the ONLY choice for those who are ready and willing to go to places where you thought you could not go. He is to fitness what a guru is to your spiritual growth.

working out with louis is non-stop, he trained me all different techniques in one session. it is not about time consuming but targeting the body as my expectation. i changed my schedule with him from 1 to 1.5 hours and extended to 3-4 days a week. i was so proactive to see him in the studio, louis a good trainer and i would not change anything about him.
