    Hi there,
I am looking for an affordable personal trainer to help me with my fitness journey. I am 25 and not overweight, just want to tone and build muscle while losing fat. What are your rates per session? Please email me at carrierice08@gmail.com

    Hello David,
I would be happy to talk with you about the Fitness industry. You may click on the "Contact Lori" link at the top right of this page to email me questions and/or your contact information. Also, I recommend you talk with other personal trainers as well, as the fitness industry is very diverse and has many opportunities. Conferences are a great way to learn the industry and network and you can volunteer to work at them to save on the cost. Looking forward to hearing from you.
