Lisa is very knowledgeable in the latest fitness training methods and equipment available in the industry. She is very motivational in her training style to meet individual goals and show results that will make you proud of yourself.

6am Sunrise Pilates class (reformer) starts this Friday, April 5! Then, Sat. April 6, 9am-noon, we will be hosting our first Wellness Symposium at the studio. It will address topics such as weight loss through food detox, proper food combining and a whole lot more on integrative nutrition.
