    Lisa is awesome! I have been working out pretty much all my life and had always great instructors. Lisa is leading their list by being incredibly motivating, fun and professional. Her knowledge and expertise helps everyone to reach set goals. She is the "TP" (total package) fitness instructor for any kind of person and any kind of workout!

    Lisa is an amazing motivator! Whether it's cardio or strength training, she motivates you to keep going and work the hardest for you. She is incredibly knowledgable about both diet and exercise, and she truly understands how to tailor her advice and instruction in both areas to meet the specific needs of everyone in the room. I highly recommend taking just one class with Lisa - you'll be hooked!!

    Lisa makes working out FUN! She does a great job balancing my fitness objectives with a regimen that's effective, manageable, and fun! She obviously knows her stuff (she's been a fitness professional for many years), and she can teach to any level. I always leave my workouts feeling challenged AND successful.
