Lisa is fantastic! I recently signed up for her standup paddle boarding class. Although I was nervous at first, thinking I might be to old (65)to learn this sport, Lisa was patient with me and had me standing on a board within minutes. She is very people oriented and adapts her instruction to the experience level of the customer. She keeps her equipment in pristine condition and her shop is very well organized. Lisa contributes greatly to the recreational activity in our community - we are lucky to have her!

My daughter introduced me to Lisa after she had great results. I have been training with Lisa for about six months and have gone from feeling tired and out-of-shape to energized and empowered. She varies the work out; keeping it interesting. Very flexible with scheduling and if you get that urge to get the blood can go to a class TRX or circuit training

Lisa G is amazing!!!!!!!I've been doing her circuit classes for 3 years now and I'm addicted.She is always trying and learning new exercises or techniques.She is one dedicated woman that will definetly make you sweat! I highly recommend her for a trainer!!!! A bonus to working out with lisa you have access to bikes and paddle boarding!!!!!

I've been working out with Lisa for several years now. Her caring demeanor, along with her knowledge and experience helped me to lose over 40 lbs. I also have issues with my neck but Lisa worked with me and encouraged me like no other trainer I've ever had. She even took the time to meet with my doctor and physical therapist in order to develop a workout program specifically for my needs. Lisa always encourages modifications during her classes. If a client has trouble with a certain exercise or movement, she is right there to offer modifications. I don't think I've ever been to one of her sessions where at least one person needed a modification. Lisa is a trainer for real people. If anyone is looking for real exercises for real people, Lisa G is your gal.

I initially met Lisa a couple of years ago when I received a free one on one training session with a promotion I had signed up for. I honestly never intended on using her services beyond the initial visit. Once my first day of training was over, I was hooked! She is wonderful! She genuinely makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and is really invested in helping you meet your personal goals. She keeps the classes fun, but is very focused on getting results! Seriously, if her energy isn't motivation enough, seeing her very healthy and fit self will be. I should add that the results I got from working out with Lisa was not only related to losing weight and toning up, but my skin looked healthier and my energy level was significantly improved!

Lisa is an awsome trainer. She is personable and fun but still manages to get the job done! I never felt better than when I was taking her paddle fit classes! Thanks Lisa You Rock!

I love working out with Lisa G! She really takes care to meet my limitations and my fitness needs. To date, I have been training with her for 14 weeks and I've lost 14 pounds! She's the best.

Lisa is very professional and she cares for her clients. She pushes you to where you think you can go and then shows you that you can go a little further. She has incredible vision for her clients. She is motivating. She is also makes the work out fun. I highly recommend her.

Lisa "G" is the BEST! She treats every person as if they were her only client. She Adjusts her workouts to each individuals strengths and weaknesses. Lisa is constantly learning new programs and techniques that she shares with us. A true Professional and a Very Caring person. I highly recommend her to coworkers, friends, and family.
