I am kno... moreI am an experienced Certified Personal Trainer currently training at Anytime Fitness in North Valleys. I appeal to women and men who want to learn new skills in the gym and on the paddleboards, because of my energy level; enthusiasm; my passion for training and my innovative program design. I am known for my ability to work with a wide range of clients from special populations to elite athletes and other personal trainers. My client’s ages range from seven to 80 years old. It has been my personal experience that SUP (Standup Paddle boarding) is for anyone who wants to add fun to their fitness. SUP is definitely for those who wish to build core strength, endurance, have a goal of shredding fat from their bodies, and those who want to see drastic body composition changes in a very short period of time. SUP Fitness is an amazing and challenging workout. Whether you are just starting out or at a plateau in your fitness program, you will benefit from the mind and body benefits of core and balance training. I have logged over 800 hours training clients of all fitness levels on the water at the Sparks Marina. I train the Nevada Department of Wildlife and am working on a contract to train the Donner Police in Truckee California this year. I plan to expand my classes to Donner Lake this year as well. Jan 2013, I started my first dry-land balance clinic or Paddle fit clinic at Anytime Fitness North Valleys http://anytimefitness.com/gyms/2332/reno-nv-89506 . I am very passionate about bringing this sport to Reno/Sparks and the surrounding area. This year I will also be teaching SUP for Truckee Meadows Community College as a continuing education credit. This will help bring some exposure to my business as well as establish me as a professional in this sport for local residents. I am also planning to get my level 3 Paddlefit certification followed by affiliation with http://www.paddlefitpro.com/ . I am the owner and head trainer for Standup 4 Fitness in Sparks Nevada http://www.standup4fitness.com/ . Last year, was our first year in operation. This year, I plan to get into the retail side of the business and establish my affiliation with PaddleFit Pro. Last year, I demoed boards exclusively for LPC and Scheels. This year, I plan to expand my business to include Sales Rep for Precision Paddleboards with their patented Nightsup technology. I appreciate your consideration of my application.
