My fitness journey began as a child. I was always active! I loved playing outside until dark - I spent most of my time riding my bike, hiking through the farm fields, and enjoying games of backyard tag and kickball with the neighbors. Middle and high school activities like dancing, gymnastics, cheerleading, and track kept me busy and in shape.

When I ventured off to college I was a victim of the dreaded "freshman 15." I ate like a typical college kid; my diet consisted of fast food, junk food, and plenty of empty calories from alcohol. Imagine the shock when my clothes began to feel a little snug. I swore it must have been those dorm dryers!

Fast forward to my entrance into adulthood and responsibility. I joined a gym, renewed my love of physical activity, and started educating myself on how to eat healthy. Before I knew it, I had teachers and students asking for exercise and nutrition advice!

My health and wellness journey continues to evolve; and I am passionate about helping others to achieve their goals. I share in each client's excitement as they gain self-confidence, energy, improved functioning, and a higher quality of life!

I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them get to where they want to be. My greatest satisfaction comes from educating and empowering people and having the privilege of experiencing all of their successes with them along the way!

    Here's a woman who practices what she preaches! Not only will she give you the most up to date advice and training, but she is a vision of health and fitness herself. Lisa motivates you to get inspired and get in shape all with a smile and positive attitude!

    Lisa is a different kind of fitness professional. Lisa has PASSION for her job. Lisa uses this passion to focus on helping clients change health behaviors in a way that is manageable. She uses the SMART goal technique and helps her clients discover why their goal of losing weight can be attainable now, whereas in the past, it wasn't. Lisa is a colleague and a close friend of mine and I myself, who has been in the fitness/wellness industry for 11 years, would hire her in a second to help achieve my own goals. Do yourself a favor-Hire Lisa and you will finally achieve success!

    I lovingly refer to her as the Evil Lisa because she is no joke. She may be petite but don't let this fool you. She is s feisty little red-head that will kick you into shape and saying thank you at the end of a brutal workout. Have goals then don't tell Lisa because she will remember them and use it against you.

    Seriously Lisa is great. A true professional who knows her stuff. You can't go wrong with her as your trainer.

    I was so impressed when I met Lisa at a party! She's a lady who walks her talk...and "lives" her own fitness message without being a fanatic or zealot.

    I felt stuck and fit-LESS after struggling to recover from a head-on collision with a drunk driver. So I turned to Lisa for weekly semi-private "boot camp" to jump start my physical fitness and confidence.

    Lisa was beyond gracious helping me regain the basics...starting with balance! I was in such bad shape. Lisa carefully crafted exercise routines that were at my level, without making me feel bad about my initial limitations. She inserted gentle diet adjustments that made sense and were easy to incorporate. She kept workouts fun yet challenging. No two workouts were alike (which removed the boredom/repetition problems I've experience with others.)

    When you work out with Lisa, you know her focus is completely on YOU and your needs. Lisa rebuilt my physical confidence inside and out. I highly recommend Lisa English to anyone serious about improved fitness and nutrition as a lifetime choice. She'll "meet you where you are"...and craft-fully guide you up to the next fitness level(s) you desire. And this will happen in a perfectly blended atmosphere of FUN and intensity!

    Lisa is an incredible fitness trainer. She knew exactly how to motivate and inspire me to get the best results possible. She was very creative when developing exercises that were specific to me and my goals. She helped me achieve & maintain a fitness level I did not know was possible. Most importantly, Lisa is very passionate about what she does and she truly cares about her clients. She developed plans for me that I can continue to follow in order to make fitness & good nutrition a lifestyle choice.
