Hectic holiday schedules can make it a little more challenging than usual to get your workouts in, but if you plan ahead it can be pretty simple to visit with family and friends and still maintain your training schedule.
One simple solution whether you're visiting family away from home or your house is full of out-of-towners is to go to a local park for some fresh air and a little movement.
