I, too, have worked with Lisa for the last year. She is every bit as good as the previous reviewers have said, and then some! I am in my mid-seventies with a minor health issue. Lisa always gives me an alternate version of any group exercise I cannot do. Not only have I felt better since working with Lisa, I have received many positive comments from family and friends regarding my appearance and energy level. I would recommend Lisa to everyone who is interested in improving their personal well being.

Lisa is a great trainer, her work outs are challenging, yet fun. She modifies work outs, taking limitations or injuries into account, always safety first. She changes each work out to keep it from becoming boring. She is knowledgeable, reliable, and energetic.

Love Lisa. For over a year, Lisa has worked with me twice a week and a couple months ago we upped it to three times a week. Lisa is always on time, smiling and prepared. She has so many techniques, exercises and "toys" that challenges me though carefully watching so I don't incur injuries but still making it fun so it doesn't get old. I look forward to our workouts.

Lisa is a great trainer! She is very upbeat and energetic and makes tough workouts fun! She also works very hard to introduce new innovative workouts and exercises so you're not doing the "same old thing."
