    Linda has helped me get my life back! I suffer from muscular myopathy. Before I started with Linda, I couldn’t walk very far without a cane and very rarely left the house. Due to all her patience and persistence, I have become stronger than I have been in quite some time. I have been losing weight. And most importantly…no longer use that cane! I have more energy and confidence. Going places now is so much more enjoyable! Thank you Linda!! I could not have done it without you.

    I found Linda via an internet search back in the fall of 2010. I have been working out with Linda on a regular basis 2-3 times a week; she keeps the workouts fun as well as challenging! I recently joined Linda's Holiday Fitness Challenge and I'm proud to say that I did not gain any weight during the holidays and actually lost 8 lbs. I love the way my clothes fit and I know that I am eating healthier thanks to Linda!
