24 hours with a 1st time "Grace". If they reschedule within the week they don't get charged 9if it is possible for them to reschedule). No shows and very last minute get charged no exceptions. Really both because they work together along with watching what the "energy" intake is (nutritionally dense food vs junk). Pilates on the mat, apparatus and foam roller. I use the MELT method prior to beginning a session which preps the body well. I also infuse some more strength training techniques using the TRX straps, Bosu, Stability balls and weighted balls for a more challenging session.
