LET ME TRAIN YOU:)) Six years ago I started on a weight loss journey.. I was very heavy, out of shape and miserable. After having one child then a set of twins, two years later I was still carrying all that "baby weight". I decided I was sick of being tired, overweight and lazy.. I signed up for my first 5k road race and that was the day my "new life" began.. I stared doing lots of cardio. Although I was slowly losing weight, it wasn't enough. I decided it was going to be a PRIORITY to get back in shape! I hired a personal trainer and she helped me with weight/strength training.. The rest is history.. The weight came off and I have never been in this good of shape in my life. So... I decided I wanted to help others reach their goals. I went back to school and got a Certificate in Exercise Science and then passed the ACE exam. I have been a on both ends of the road.. I am excited to help people reach their goals, big or small, just as someone helped me.. I am willing to work with you on your schedule and help you see results! Its hard work but the rewards are so sweet!!

    Kristen is the best! Kristen knows how to get you to work hard while enjoying the process at the same time. She is very professional, always on time and always prepared. She is always positive and in a good mood, which is important when you're doing squats at 6am in February! Kristen is also very good at varying the workouts so that your whole body gets worked and you are doing new and different things to keep it interesting. I consider Kristen not only a professional, but a friend as well. If you are looking for a true professional trainer, look no further, call Kristen!

    Kristen is amazing! I currently train with Kristen twice a week, and have been working with her for the past 6 months. When I first met with her, I expressed my concerns of trainers I have had in the past, what I did/did not like, and what my goals were. She went above and beyond to not only create a program that has made me stronger, and leaner, but she also took the time to educate me on the process so that I can also train on my own. Every workout with her is new and fun, and keeps you interested. And every workout is beyond challenging, and she has a way of pushing you to your limits while still being motivating and positive. I no longer consider Kristen as only my trainer, but now as a friend as well! Highly recommend!

    I would highly recommend Kristen to anyone looking to feel healthier, look better, and get into shape! After having a baby and returning to work full time, I was positive I would never get back into shape again. I had no energy and was slowly starting to gain more and more weight instead of life it. A coworker recommended Kristen and I'm so glad she did. I started with only one session a week, but increased to two because I was so happy with my results. I'm feeling fantastic and have dropped 10 pounds. Kristen is energetic and positive and every workout is new and challenging, without being overwhelming. I cannot say enough great things about the amazing training and health advice she provides!

    A friend recommended that I meet with Kristen because I'm fat and I was getting fatter. I also want to be more flexible to play old man golf and tennis. Kristen and I meet once a week and, although I don't look forward to any sort of work out, our sessions are enjoyable because she changes them every time. She always asks if I'm hurt or injured and adjusts the weights for ultimate torture (just kidding).
    She also reaches out before our sessions to remind me.
    She is a great trainer because she listens to my goals and wants me to look and feel better.

    I've been working with Kristen since May of 2014 and she keeps me motivated to stay on track on my weight loss journey. Not only does Kristen keep me on my toes during our workouts but she texts me to check in and see how I am doing and really cares. I feel so much better and have more self confidence since I have been working with her and look forward to continuing to work with her. She is so knowledgeable and is constantly adding new activities to our workouts to keep things exciting.
