Kiley is Fantastic !!!! I had two goals in mind when I started training, one is lower back issues and second was weight loss. Prior to seeing Kiley I had gone to two different chiropractors, and a physical therapist for my lower back, neither options provided any kind of relief whatsoever. I decided to try personal training. After discussing my situation, she created a workout problem that was best suited for me. I am pleased to report that after 5 months I have lost weight, and my back has never felt better.
Working out with Kiley is fun and energetic, and I do look forward to our sessions, she pushes me to my limits, and closely monitors my progress. Kiley is as determined to assist me in my goals and success as I am and this is why I have been able to achieve all that I have been able to do so far.

Kiley makes nutrition and physical training fun! She works with you weekly to set up meal plans and exercise routines that are fun and effective. I personally travel all the time and Kiley makes sure that my fitness routines are flexible with my lifestyle and she even plans out meals I should eat at restaurants around where I will be travelling! The 60 min sessions go by really fast and I started seeing results within the first four weeks!

Kiley is great! She really pushes you to do what you are capable of doing, but keeps in mind your fitness goals and personal fitness shape. She helps you set individual goals that are achievable. Kiley is my first trainer I have ever had, and the past two months with her have been the first time I've gone to the gym. She has helped me track and fix my eating habits, as well as made up personalized workouts for us to do together. Her spinning class is TOUGH but in a good way! I have turned my life around in a good way, and I would not have been able to do it without her pushing me twice a week. I highly recommend her :-)
