I have been a client of Kerry's for almost two years both in a group setting and in small sessions. Kerry excells at finding out how best to help each client to achieve his or her goal. I have several structural issues due to an accident many years ago and Kerry has guided me to excercises that are helpful and challanging but safe for me to do. I especially appreciate Kerry's holistic approach to fitness as she teaches each person that the key lies within them and the path involves making good nutrition choices, excercise, and behaviour modification. Kerry has helped me to make changes in my life that have made a positive difference in my weight and more importantly, in my health.
