I offer up-to-date, complimentary science-proven physical assessment tests, which help me customize each workout. I also use each client's goals by including the steps necessary to complete them in a realistic time frame. I believe in using the allotted weekly time available for exercise to its full potential. I dedicate an extra hour on my own for each client between each session to modify and create new workout templates, making it as fun as possible with a variety of exercises. Preparation is everything to me. With every unique client, different needs must be met. That's why my having strong detail-oriented skills helps me to set people on the right path to achieve their goals, while keeping it as safe as possible.
