I've exercised with a number of trainers - most of whom Ken recommended because he gets too busy to train "regular" people like me. All of them have actually been great. And I return to them when Ken is unavailable. But I train with him whenever I can because he never fails to understand what I need and when I need it. Met him at Sports Club L.A. around 1991. I'm 62 now, and in better shape than any other time in my life. Who would have ever thought?? Injuries, a divorice, several family crisis', career changes, and a few accidents - don't think I would have not only recovered from those, but also thrived without his support, knowledge and guidance.
It takes me a #%!+! hour to get to his small gym in his condo - not convenient, but the best isn't always the most convenient. This guy is a real pro - and he becomes a real friend - maybe that's why he's so good at what he does. Highly recommended...if you can book him!!

And you keep on feeling and performing better day after day, year after year. Thank-you for your kind words Mr. Delancey, but you're the one that deserves the kudo's...look at what you've accomplished. You should be proud of what you've done. I'm quite proud of you!!

Thank-you for all you have done and for who you are. You inspire, guide, and help me get it together and keep it together. Couldn't have done it without you.
