Kelly Vance is the perfect combination of professional and personal. I know I'm going to get a great workout at every session, and she knows exactly how hard to push. Kelly also has a unique talent for making the workout fun. It's not just crunches and lunges - she knows how to work a range of muscles and groups with one move. I get a better workout in one hour with Kelly than I could get all week by myself.
I never thought I'd look forward to working out with a trainer... Kelly is the best.

I love working out with Kel. Always professional, she is very innovative and we never do the same routine twice. It's amazing how many different exercises we can do with the equipment she carries to my home. The hour goes by really fast; she is friendly and fun to talk to. I've noticed a big difference in muscle tone in a short period of time.

I have been with Kelly for several years now and she is amazing! She’s not like the typical, cookie-cutter trainer that yells at you and makes you do things that hurts your body rather than train it. She pushes you, but she is also very supportive and understands if you have physical limitations. She also has a very good understanding of human physiology and knows what to do and what not to do. She is very willing to work with you on your personal goals, and goes the extra mile to check in on you in between sessions to make sure you are on track and focused on your objectives.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Kelly and would recommend her to anyone! She really makes you feel good about yourself, what your body can do, and how to take care of yourself.

After being unable to stick with a fitness routine for many years and watching the scale move up and up, my adult children put me in contact with Kelly, and I am so glad I found her. I immediately began noticing changes and we have consistently accomplished what seemed impossible to me for so many years -- I have lost pounds, inches and body fat. Not only do I feel better health-wise, but I look better. Kelly has been motivating, yet patient, and full of good ideas to keep me going. She is also a lot of fun, and I don't ever foresee leaving her :-) The "awesome" rating above really does apply.
