Kelly was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had great success working with him. I had never worked with a trainer before and didn't know much about working out in a gym for fitness and body maintenance. Kelly has been fantastic to work with and has taught me a lot about what it takes to have a successful workout routine. He has also taken the time to design for me workouts and healthy eating suggestions when I travel for work (which I do excessively). Kelly is very motivating and inspiring and has a good sense of humor and relationshops with his clients as well. He has more than once helped me meet my fitness goals.

Being female, I was very nervous to have a male as a personal trainer. My goal was to lose weight and become tone -- definitely did not want to become bulky. Kelly in AMAZING!!! He takes the time to discuss your exercise habits, eating habits, sleeping habits, etc. He is constantly furthering his knowledge on health and fitness! Before I started training with Kelly, I was seeing an Orthopedist for knee problems. She ordered physical therapy which helped very little. She suggested working out with a trainer in order to strengthen my muscles. I am very happy to say that trainer was Kelly, and now I very rarely have issues with my knees! I would highly recommend Kelly to everyone!!!
