    Thanks so much for showing me the way to reach my fitness goals. For years I always told myself I will lose the weight, I will exercise, I will eat healthy... but it always seemed impossible to reach. Kelly broke it down into simple terms and steps for me which made the mountain turn into an ant hill. Thanks to Kelly I have been able to maintain my healthy eating habits. Thanks!

    I contacted you in October 2011 while I was away for my freshman year of college. I weighed my heaviest weight ever at 350 pounds. I was sick of being overweight and disgusted with myself. I needed to do something to change my life style for good. Through a mutual friend I knew that you were very big into fitness and I decided that you were the one I needed to turn to for advice and to achieve my fitness goals. I knew that it wasn’t going to be easy, but I followed the advice that you gave me every single day. As of today I am down 130 pounds. I am not to my ultimate goal yet but I know that I am not far away. Whenever I was having a moment of doubt, needed more motivation, or a different exercise routine you were only a call or an email away. My journey to my goal isn’t over yet but you are still 100% there just like you were in the beginning. I am positive that when I do get to my goal you will still be there to help maintain all my hard work. I don’t think any of this would have been possible without your help. Anyone would be honored to have you as their trainer. Your professionalism, your personality and everything about your business makes me feel so welcome, and able to be committed to fitness. Your level of commitment to seeing clients succeed in there fitness goals is second to none. Thank you so much!
