My husband and I have worked with kathy for 4-5 years now. She is always surprising us with new exercises to keep us active and at our peek of strength. She has always pushed us to want more. Kathy keeps exercising interesting. With her boxing classes, weight class and Boot Camps, there is always something new and fun. Thank you Kathy I am stronger in my 50's than I was in my 20's.

I have been taking Kathy's spin, boxing, and muscle conditioning classes since January. I have seen a huge difference in my strength, endurance, muscle tone, and have lost 20 lbs! I attribute it all to Kathy! She keeps me motivated, and instead of dreading going to the gym, I look forward to what she has planned, as it is always different, never the same. I have always worked out, but it wasn't until I met Kathy that I was able to take my fitness to a higher level. As a professional firefighter it is critical that I am at peak fitness. I have noticed a huge difference in my performance on the fire ground. Thank you Kathy!!!!

I want to recommend Kathy's group training boot camps. She develops fun and challenging activities that elevate your fitness level. Anyone that likes the outdoors, being a part of a team and having fun should try them. My husband and I just attended one Saturday and we are amazed at what we accomplished. Who knew we could flip a semi-truck tire, run relays, lift filled milk jugs and become accomplished water balloon fighters all with a smile on our faces??!! Kathy has an innate sense of when you are about to give up trying. She encourages and challenges you at just the time when you most need it. She must have eyes in the back of her head!! She keeps track of all of our individual needs and challenges and gives specific directions to help us. We laughingly curse her at times but we really love her and you would too!! Come and give her training sessions a try. You will get results.

My wife and I have been members of the gym for over eight years and have taken just about every class or used every piece of equipment offered. We both have had good results. The real key to "Great Results" is to stay motivated year after year. "Lifestyle Change". That key for us has been Kathy Wilson. Fitness is as much mental as it is physical and Kathy has the ability to keep you in the game every week. Routine is defined as customary, habitual or regularly followed. That's not Kathy's classes. You won't want to skip a class because you'll be afraid you will miss something new. Outdoor Camps, Boxing, Muscle Boot Camp and Game Ready Training keep things interesting. As a personal trainer Kathy has developed programs for me that has kept me injury free for over 2 years and my percentage of body fat has dropped back into the "Teens" after years of being just mediocre and stuck in place. Variation was the key and someone to restructure my workouts. Same amount of time with better results. If you keep doing what you have always done you will keep getting what you always got. Kathy can change that for you and she will do it with a personal and caring touch.

I have been working out and training with Kathy Wilson for nearly five years now. Kathy is a pneominal instructor and I attribute all of my workout successes to her. I have had private training sessions as well classes with Kathy and am never disappointed. She has an unmatched ability to push you to your max without overworking you. One thing that also is great is Kathy's ability to add fun and diversity to each workout. This allows for variety and avoids boredom and burn out. I can honestly say that I thoroughly have enjoyed each encounter with Kathy and look forward to future training sessions and workouts with her.
