I am a new client of Katherine’s as my former trainer moved away. I had seen her in the gym working out with her clients and they always looked like they were having a lot of fun. When I saw one of her clients do the hula-hoop I was mesmerized and had to have her as my trainer. Katherine is great! When you are training with her you are working out but you are also learning at the same time, as well as having her complete attention. She is full of energy with an engaging personality and she makes you feel that your goals are not only important to you, but to her also. I have about 25 lbs to lose and I know that I will finally reach my goal.
I hired Katherine to be my personal trainer to help me regain muscle strength and tone and was so impressed with the new levels of energy and endurance I gained. She is extremely knowledgeable in anatomy and body bio-mechanics, and loves to figure out what is the best route to overall health for an individual, as opposed to the generic workouts you often see in trainers.
I highly recommend her to anyone, novice or experienced, for the journey to fitness.

I've known katherine for roughly 15 years, as a trainer and a friend. In both capacities she is truly outstanding. For the purposes of this review, her abilities as a trainer are unsurpassed and transcend anything else available. The term "personal trainer" really doesn't do her justice. Whether your objectives are to find someone to help you with getting healthy, getting fit, getting fitter or to prepare for an particular event, Katherine is without peer.
I was a competitive "team sport" athlete for the first part of my life and in my middle ages I set my sights on endurance athletics, first marathons, than triathlons. Katherine was instrumental in preparing me for my first marathon and triathlons and without her I would have never gone in to compete in multiple events including, without limitation, 10 Ironman triathlons. Now, after a couple of years off, as I prepare to do my my 11th Ironman, the first person -- the ONLY person -- I have turned to for training help is Katherine. No matter what your goal, you'd be wise to do the same.

I have known Katherine for many years and I often refer to her as the woman who gave me the confidence to do the strength training that I now do every year in the off season of cycling. Katherine not only taught me the correct way to lift, she also taught me to do it with confidence and that is what has given me the ability to lift each year without injury to my maximum strength prior to starting my race season in cycling. Thank you Katherine and I hope this gives another 50+ woman the motivation to start strength training now, it never is too late!!!
I recently sought Katherine's help while training for my first half-marathon. I hadn't run in years, was a little out of shape and had a training deadline. Katherine took that recipe for disaster and had me race-ready in time to run a great race without injury! Her knowledge and experience is truly startling and something I knew I would do well to take advantage of, so now she's working with me to improve my functional strength and conditioning. Every appointment with Katherine is money and time well spent!
She's great!
