Hi Kyle, I am surprised that the doctor did not hand you a referral to a physical therapist. What I recommend to my clients - pending the PT evaluation - is ice, NO chest exercises and some internal and external rotation exercises for the rotator cuff. I hope you will be better soon. Kar...
