Teaching fitness & wellness is my passion. My hope is to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle by my own example, and by showing that fitness can and should be fun!
My focus is on women baby boomers, although I have happily trained all ages including children & teens. I want my clients to feel empowered; to feel as though they've accomplished something positive at each and every training session - whether it's a 66 year old with fibromyalgia or a 59 year old stroke survivor.
During our training sessions, clients will move towards a more balanced, healthier lifestyle by incorporating more movement & activities that are fun and effective. They will also improve overall strength, flexibility, balance, body composition, energy levels and mental outlook. These training methods will help older clients perform daily living activities so they can continue to live independently.
