    I have been going to SoCal Fitness Bootcamp for the past year and I love it. It is a great way to mix up the work outs and make sure you are doing something different so that you actually see results. Also, I really like that it keeps me accountable to going because it is the same time everyday. Karen is a great coach and does a wonderful job keeping you going and on your toes. I would recommend this bootcamp to anyone.

    This bootcamp is the best when compared to all the other ones out there with horrible trainers. This Bootcamp is unique because it's all women just having fun which makes it addictive. AND THATS EXACTLY what you want for results!

    SoCal Fitness Boot Camp is the best fitness program! Each session is designed to offer you a full body workout that will challenge your personal fitness level. If you have been thinking about joining a fitness program then this is the one for you.... trust me, no matter what your fitness level or goals are this is the place to make them happen! I lost over 65 pounds and each session I get closer to being in better shape. Just Do It!

    I have been going to SoCal Fitness Bootcamp for 2 months now and i love it. My goal was to get toned for summer and I have definitely seen improvement in definition. Karen always mixed the workouts up so you never get board doing the same thing!
