    Karen has been my trainer for 6 months, 2 days a week.
    I have some medical issues that were preventing me from taking my weight loss to the next level. I had no idea what to do for an exercise routine and had only relied on diet before meeting her.
    Karen was able to help me find exercises that were safe for me, but still challenging. She also helped me clean up some of the loose ends in my diet that were holding me back.
    Her encouragement and knowledge makes her an excellent trainer and a delightful lady to know.

    Karen is the best trainer! She gives you alot for your money and knows what she's talking about. I have lost a lot of weight and feel soooo good! I love her positive attitude and that she gives help with nutrition along with the workouts.
