One year ago this month (January), I hired Karen as a personal trainer to help me get my baby weight off. My intent was only weight loss and building muscle. Through Karen's AMAZING fitness knowledge and ability to motivate and bring a sense of "fun" to fitness, I was able to lose 12% of my body weight (in pounds) and reduce my waist, chest and hips measurements by 10% (inches). In addition, she motivated and encouraged me to try various cardio activities such as running and biking all while ensuring I stayed focused on my love of yoga. She has an ability to not only focus on what you like to do but also to introduce you to new fitness activities. Through her encouragement and motivation, I trained and finished my first half marathon in November...something I NEVER thought I would be able to do at my age. If you are new to fitness or if you are experienced in fitness. Karen will bring the knowledge and be the driver you need to achieve all of your fitness goals. Her genuine love of fitness makes her an awesome trainer!

I have been training and working out with Karen for over a year. She’s an awesome trainer and great at keeping me motivated. She’s always coming up with new and challenging workouts. I’ve never felt stronger and recently PR’d in a 10K and half marathon as a result of training with her. Karen pushes me beyond what I can do in my solo workouts but not to the point where I can't walk the next day. Karen is also very knowledgeable about diet, nutrition, and training techniques. Karen has the experience and education which makes her an excellent trainer. She is extremely fit herself and possesses a genuine interest in helping people achieve their goals! I highly recommend her for all your fitness goals!

I am 52 years old and have been working out with a small group led by Karen for about a year. I have lost 20 pounds and feel better than I have in years. Her workouts are challenging but fun and they vary from day to day so there's no chance of getting bored. Karen is an advocate of healthy eating and can also help with your diet if you desire. Karen is high energy, fun, has a great personality and is a true professional. I would recommend Karen as a trainer to anyone.

Karen is a true professional dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals. Her knowledge, work ethnic, energy and enthusiasm makes her a perfect fit for her work as trainer and fitness director. She's able to manage any size class and all age groups, tailoring needs for the individual. She varies routines - no chance of getting bored here! - and incorporates cardio, weight training, plyometrics, stretching/yoga into her workouts. She will also review diet logs and make suggestions for improvement. Her total lifestyle approach has improved my health and overall well being - doctor confirmed. All numbers are much improved since working with Karen and it's been a positive, fun journey! She is amazing!
