I've been told I have the gifts of inspiring and motivating others so I believe, working together, we will reach your goals! I practice what I preach; I eat well, sleep 7-8 hours a night, do pilates, weight training & yoga along with various forms of cardio including latin dancing! I incorporate stretching along with balance and posture exercises into my clients' pilates and personal training sessions. And we have FUN during our sessions. I believe that daily exercise, eating & sleeping well, along with some sort of stress manager such as daily meditation or quiet time, are the keys to slowing down the aging process. So, when we meet I want you to guess my age. My answer may surprise you! I am proof that those components are the ingredients to a healthy, vibrant life!
