Don't get the cheapest. You're not going to get a job or clients without a well renowned certification. Go with NASM or ACSM. There are reasonable payment plans you can take advantage for both and NASM has a sale going on right now.

Hold a low squat position for 30s followed by 30s squat jumps or quick squats. Repeat with lunge position and split jumps or speed fixed lunges, 30s each. Finish with strong quick cardio bursts such as tuck jumps and smurf jacks.

You can not make meal plans but you can make recommendations. I am an IIFYM advocate and I recommend clients follow this simple idea to limit calories and monitor macros. I've seen some very good results with training and advising clients to adhere to a structured diet.
