    Julie does a great job! The training sessions are motivating and fun with a great deal of variety. My husband and I have gained stamina, balance, and strength. We feel better and have lost weight. Julie pushes us to do our best and keeps us moving in the right direction.

    I have been working with Julie since last fall. She is a great trainer. I do training with a friend so we are more motivated and Julie has been able to come up with exercises we can do at or away from her location. Every session is enjoyable. I highly recommend Julie. Give her a try!

    Julie is a outstanding trainer. She has a passion for what she does and genuinely cares about hitting goals. Julie is very knowledgable with all aspects and types of training techniques. I've work with Julie for several months now and I'm amazed how much better I feel, how strong I am and how much better I eat. When I started working with Julie I told her I had trouble with my balance from a Brain Injury. Julie modified some exercises for me initially. Today my balance is nearly normal. Over time and Julie's improvising on strengthening core muscles, I can do most standard balance exercises without any help. We are both amazed. Julie makes hard work fun!!! The Fitness Lounge is a really comfortable place to workout. Everything you need without all the noise. I highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for a Trainer.
