    Hi My name is Kelly Daily and I am a huge fan of Julia Greenfield. She knows her stuff inside and out. The one thing that impresses me most is that she can make a workout routine work for everyone. Currently, I am 110 pounds overweight, but I can workout along side of a marathon runner and you would not see much of a difference in our workouts. If you have an injury or something doesn't feel quite right Julia will help you master the movement or modify it for your needs.

    The other huge difference is that Julia truly cares about your success, You are not a number or a member you are a person.

    I can not wait to see where I am in a years time.

    A major differentiator in Julia's training style is a focus on HEALTH and endurance! Where other Trainer's I've worked with have mainly been concerned with how the exterior body looks, Julia wants me to feel great and look great.

    In just over 2 months training together, I have experienced huge changes in my stamina and ability to live a more satisfying life. I have more energy, can perform physical activities that were truly daunting just months ago and I feel motivated to stick with my healthier lifestyle.

    Julia is amazing! I have been taking her boot camp class for months now and have lost about 30 lbs and counting. Julia cares and takes a personal interest in everyone that walks through her door. She has helped me become the person I am today.
    Julia really knows how to kick your butt! My strength & stamina has never been better! I have never been an athletic person but I can now say I'm right up there with the athletes. I just completed my first Warrior Dash with a pretty good time and can't wait to see what else I can accomplish.
