I have a BS in Biology/General Science Education, and graduated with honors at the top of my class at the National Personal Training Institute. I'm certified by the NSCA as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and also certified by ACE as a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant.
I am also a certified TRX Suspension Trainer. I specialize in strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, weight loss and nutrition (including natural supplementation). From beginners to athletes, at all stages of life. I believe in functional training using multi-joint and multi-planar movements while emphasizing core, stabilization, and balance in total body workouts.
