I'm an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer since 1993. As an advocate for health, fitness and wellness, I've trained, coached and consulted for 20 years and have helped thousands of people realize their objectives. I believe that proper nutrition and exercise are the keys to a healthy life. My philosophy is to motivate you, hold you accountable, push you hard but not too hard, educate you, and together we will achieve your objectives. I will guide you, and with your input, we will find the right balance between your busy life and your desire to be healthy. On a personal note, I'm married with 3 children, live and work in central Virginia, ride my motorcycle on nice Sunday mornings, enjoy listening to music, travelling, spending time with family and friends and getting outdoors for exercise.
