Jorge was referred to me by a friend and I now have been working with him for a couple months. He pays close attention to my needs and plans my excercise accordingly. He is extremely knowledgeable about the body and watches closely to form, so to avoid injury and strengthen the muscles needed. He explains or models each new exercise and then watches closely and will advise if any adjustments are needed. I am happy to say I have made progress and feel good. His guidance has been great.
I would highly recommend Jorge. As well as being very knowledgeable, he is also very caring, which makes working out with him a pleasure. He truely wants his clients to feel better and to continue to improve their overall well being. I feel very lucky to have Jorge as my trainer.

I have been working with Jorge for about 2 months and I am thoroughly impressed with him. He makes my workouts fun as well as challenging. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and commitment to safety and form. I have a balance issue so we are constantly working to resolve some of the problems I have with this. I enjoy our discussions about proper diet and nutrition. I would greatly recommend Jorge as a trainer for both those just getting started with a fitness program as well as those who are more advanced.

Last month I finally decided I had to do something to feel better about myself so I went to Youfit to hire a trainer. They asked me who I wanted to train with and I didn't know anything about any of them so I said it didn't matter. I am so happy I got put with Jorge. He pushes me just enough while always being cautious to make sure I don't hurt myself. I had a previous back injury and he's really helping me to strengthen my back and educating me on proper ways to exercise. I trust him 100%. He inspires and encourages me every session I have with him and even when I go by myself. I look forward to exercising every day and look forward to my sessions with Jorge because there's always something new. I have told him to please be honest with me about my progress and I truly believe he is. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jorge (George) has completely changed the way I feel about going to the gym. I really look forward to my sessions with him. At first I was intimidated, but he has such a gentle and encouraging way about him, I found myself working harder than I thought I could, and I was actually enjoying it!

Jorge is all about proper form and not getting hurt. He's also about fitness for health's sake and not just for the sake of just looking good (which is where I tend to fall). He's really inspirational and caring - I feel lucky to be able to train with him!

I have been training with Jorge for a few weeks and I'm already starting to see a difference in my body! I love how knowledgable he is and how he explains what muscles I'm using while working out. I can tell that he really cares about his clients because he makes sure I'm using proper form so I won't hurt myself. I like that he uses techniques that incorporate the entire body to improve range of motion, flexibility and strength. his workouts are fun and challenging and I look forward to our sessions every week!
