Before I started training with Jordan 5 weeks ago, I had never been in a gym. He is patient and encouraging. He plans out each training session and even did some extra research about a medical problem of mine so that the training accommodated my needs. I recommend him highly.
I have been training with Jordan since February and would not hesitate to recommend him to help you get your body back in shape. Jordan can help you with your nutrition and answer any questions or concerns you might have. I feel stronger plus have gained better flexibility and balance with the training I have received.
Before training with Jordan, I didn't really know what to do in the gym that would be most beneficial to my workout. After having a few sessions with him we figured out the best routines and exercises to focus on to see the greatest results. He is helpful and pushes you to your full potential. It is not easy, but definitely worth it! He creates meeting times that work around your schedule and overall he's a great motivator.
My name is Ed Evans. I took the (12) session package with trainer Jordan Rudolph. L wanted to get back into weight lifting and focusing on strength workouts. Jordan helped me to do that and I was quite pleased with the outcome. He tailored the workouts to my personal strengths and physical shape. I benefited greatly with his sessions and suggestions on changes to my dietary needs. I would recommend Jordan to anyone who feels the need to expand to their repertoire of exercises and insert more variety to the their workouts. I highly recommend him as a trainer………..

Jordan is an excellent personal trainer! I would recommend him to anyone looking to learn more about weight lifting and resistance training. He was also very helpful with all of my nutrition questions. I did not realize just how hard I could be pushed until I started training but now I am able to push myself to my max during every workout. I have had great results training with Jordan and have been able to reach all my fitness goals.
