I am a personal trainer with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics with a Biomedical concentration, which is actually meant as a Pre-Physical Therapy Degree. Personal training is something that I've always wanted to do and I plan on supplementing it with physical therapy or another related field some day in a one complex/fitness center. Presently, I am now focusing my efforts on my website and finding a physical location to pursue my dreams of starting a fitness facility. I just left my position as a lead trainer/training manager at a gym that I worked at for just over 3 years. During that time, I had the privilege to grow as a trainer, a person, and I had the opportunity to work with over 75 people. Helping others achieve and surpass their fitness goals is what it's all about. I love talking to people about exercise and ESPECIALLY nutrition.     I have been client of Jordan's for quite some time. Jordan has worked with me consistently to increase my muscle endurance, core strength, and reduce body fat percentage. I have been very successful in accomplishing all three goals with Jordan's expertise. I have learned from him that there is a progression in strength training that will lead to success. He is very good at explaining why certain exercises are done in a way that will increase strength without injury. I have also done nutritional counseling with him on several occasions. His knowledge in both nutrition and strength training has been so important in leading to my success. He is one of the best well rounded personal trainers because he covers all aspects of how to attain and maintain good health.

    I have been training with Jordan for the past year. My goal was to improve strength and flexibility after hip replacement surgery. I would highly recommend him as a trainer! He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas concerning fitness and good health, and matches the program to the needs of the individual. He is great at motivating one to keep moving forward and improving. I feel much stronger and healthier than when I started. Thanks Jordan!

    I have been training with Jordan for one year and his professional approach to personal training has impressed me from day one. I have far surpassed my original goals in strength and weight loss with his help. He is well educated in physical fitness and nutrition and this is evident in how he uses his knowledge to motivate and push me beyond what I ever expected I could do. I can't imagine training with anyone other than Jordan.

    Jordan has significantly surpassed my expectations of what I originally thought ‘personal training’ would be. Never anticipating it as more than being told how to perform specific exercises and in which order, my personal training has surprised me by its scope and variety.

    Jordan takes the time to know his clients and makes their concerns his own; he celebrates for them in their successes. He looks at the big picture with each client (working beyond the allotted ‘session’ time) by trying to envision the best methods and techniques (nutrition and physical) that personalize each client’s personal training.

    Never once have I felt neglected in my training or that Jordan is not always pulling for the next step. Jordan is a continually positive influence in my physical well-being; I can honestly say I would not have made the progress I’ve achieved thus far without him.
