I'm not perfect and will never claim to be such. Sometimes I'm super jazzed to exercise, sometimes it takes all that I have to just throw my running shoes on and get outside. I like to eat yummy food, I like to have a glass of wine with dinner, I like butter on my popcorn.

I'm kind of good with motivation though. My motivation comes from inside of myself and I would like to teach you how to find your internal motivation.

People always say to me "I watch what I eat and I exercise but I'm still all jiggly". My answer to that is simple...you are either eating too much or not moving enough.

Drink water, eat clean, move your body, contact me, and then let your SoulShine!!!

I'm available to train you in lots of different ways. We can meet up at The Woodstock Rec Center, The Woodstock Inn Racquet and Fitness Center, at your home, at my home, or I am now offering virtual training via SKYPE or FaceTime. My rates for Personal Training/Health Coaching are super reasonable at $40 per hour.

Another option for you is to come to either one of my classes. I teach ZUMBA and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). I am really loving teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy and I guarantee you will have a blast!

HIIT is a little more hard core. This is a 60 minute, fat-blasting interval training class that will challenge your heart and soul. No steady state cardio in this class! We alternate our bodies between intense bursts of activity, pushing ourselves into our anaerobic zone, and follow that up with less intense recovery periods. These short, intense bursts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning. Not only do you burn more fat and calories during a HIIT workout, but you also burn more fat and calories in the 24 hours after a HIIT workout than you do after a steady state cardio workout. No fancy choreography here...we will be getting back to the basics: high knees, burpees, jumping lunges, push-ups, and some serious ab work. This format offers seasoned exercisers a new challenge and new exercisers a quick way to see results.
