I juice occasionally. I think its a great way to get in vitamins and nutrients. However, I find that I love chewing my food. So I've even had salads for breakfast made with the same ingredients I'd juice, just because of the chew factor. But that's a personal thing!

If she has not already seen a doctor or physical therapist, she may want to. I have found with clients with issues such as these that it is not the gluteous maximus that is always the culprit.
