I am inspired by a saying my Dad used to tell me when I was young. He used to say: "You can't give away what you don't own." I feel inspired by that statement as it moves me to continue to learn and assimilate what I learn so that always have something to share.

I think competition is healthy. Anything that you love is worth working really hard for. Personally, I believe it is important to look at one's motivation behind being competitive. It is possible to lose out on business opportunities if one cannot see their competitor as a potential ally.
