Ive never used a trainer before…i love being active in the woods or fishing, but hate machines and fitness centers. Ive been with Jo for 6 months and it has been terrific. When she asked me my goal I said as a senior I don't want to kill myself with my chain saw. She said that this was her first such request but she could work with it!..My strength and balance are much improved, and Im at the lowest weight Ive been in 20 years…that is before tomorrows post holiday weigh in :(

I have done personal training with Jo for over 2 years. She is a great motivator and very knowledgeable regarding diet and fitness. Jo is easy to work with and knows how to provide challenging workouts for her clients without risking injury or feeling too pushy. I truly enjoy my weekly sessions and appreciate the reasonable pricing and the privacy provided in Jo's Middleton studio.

Jo is the trainer you want if you'd rather be napping or reading a good book instead of working out. I hate exercise, I really do. Jo has made working out tolerable and even fun. She has also taught me so much about my body and various muscle groups, with a little Zen thrown in. This woman knows what she is doing!

I started seeing Jo just to get some help with stregnth training - which was my least favorite thing to do...now, after training with her for a while - it's my favorite! She has offered great tips for diet and exercise and really helps keep me on track!

I came to Jo severely overweight and lacking in strength. Through her expert direction in strength training and basic calisthenics, Jo has helped me lose weight and gain strength. Over time, I can feel my overall fitness improving. With her direction, I know I will lose all the excess weight and become the strong woman I want to be. I know her expertise will help me reach my fitness goals. Jo is both patient and kind, and she really knows her stuff. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I was having difficulty getting up and down off the floor, and I knew that my balance and flexibility were poor. Searching for a personal trainer paid off when Jo contacted me and said she was starting a studio near Sun Prairie. After a few months of gentle exercise, I was able to get up and down, balance more easily, and improve my flexibility. Now my major work is with Qi Gong and lifting weights. Jo keeps me on track and offers many suggestions for improving my pleasant workouts. I'm 76 years old and I'm totally satisfied with Jo. Don't accept the stiffness and aches of old age without exercising with Jo first. She knows what she's doing.

From the start, Jo listened to what I needed in a trainer. And session after session she’s delivered. I wanted to improve flexibility, stamina and strength. And Jo has helped me do each of those with an approach that’s challenging and addictive. I always look forward to my training sessions with her. She’s motivating but not a drill sergeant. She’s smart, well prepared and an excellent communicator. I’ve been working out with Jo’s help for almost four months. I plan to continue with no end in sight.
