Let me bring the gym to you, I have a variety of equipment to provide various full body workouts. I specialize in weightloss, strengthening and toning, marathon and triathlon training, and athletic performance enhancement. I provide an educational experience to teach a client how to choose an exercise routine that works best for them and how to conduct it properly. I like to keep things simple and stick with the basics, but love to switch it up and keep your body guessing. My focus is on Health Coaching. I provide detailed plans for clients to follow between training sessions and follow up on the lifestyle habits you chose.     I contacted Jim to help me get back into a fitness routine and work on my upper body strength. During our first interactions he helped come up with a plan and we set up our weekly meetings. I was nervous the first time he came to my home for a work out, not knowing what to expect. Jim was very professional, talked to me about my goals, and then began working me out! I can say I was sore the next few days!! Each week Jim is able to push me further and makes me try my hardest at everything. He doesn't allow me to moan and complain, which is exactly what I need! We have had a few sessions together and I can already see a difference in both my energy and upper body strength. Each session I am amazed at what I am capable of and this is all thanks to Jim.

    I would recommend Jim to anyone who is looking to have someone push them, show them what they are capable of, and have fun while working out! Jim has been great to work with and I will continue to work with him.
