    I contacted Jim to help me get back into a fitness routine and work on my upper body strength. During our first interactions he helped come up with a plan and we set up our weekly meetings. I was nervous the first time he came to my home for a work out, not knowing what to expect. Jim was very professional, talked to me about my goals, and then began working me out! I can say I was sore the next few days!! Each week Jim is able to push me further and makes me try my hardest at everything. He doesn't allow me to moan and complain, which is exactly what I need! We have had a few sessions together and I can already see a difference in both my energy and upper body strength. Each session I am amazed at what I am capable of and this is all thanks to Jim.

    I would recommend Jim to anyone who is looking to have someone push them, show them what they are capable of, and have fun while working out! Jim has been great to work with and I will continue to work with him.
