    I was looking for a trainer that would keep my husband and I motivated after trying a boot camp and getting back into working out (after many years of being couch potatoes). Jillian was the perfect solution for us and we're still with her over 3 years later. She adapts the workouts to fit our needs (and various injuries [not caused by her workouts!] like knee surgery and Achilles tendinitis) and always keep it challenging. increased flexibility, increased strength, decreased weight, what's not to love?

    Jillian is an excellent trainer – workouts that are fun, challenging and produce immediate results! I have gained strength, improved muscle tone and flexibility, and lost both weight and inches. Jillian is so knowledgable and shares helpful fitness tips, such as such as home exercises (that can be done while watching TV!), delicious smoothie recipes, and exercise DVD recommendations that keep me on track between sessions. Thanks to Jillian, I dropped TWO sizes and adopted a healthy and active lifestyle – she is amazing!

    I have been working out with Jillian for over a year now and can say that after many years with other trainers she is my favorite. Wherever we workout her sessions are always innovative, involving many different techniques. I originally thought I would find the pilates boring but soon changed my mind thanks to Jillian's wonderful attitude and patience. I now look forward to my workouts!

    I'm in my 50's and found that my joints were always stiff after sitting for a long period of time. I've been doing Pilates with Jillian for almost 3 years and my joint stiffness is completely gone and my flexibility is back to what it used to be!

    At 57, I knew I needed to do something to prevent osteoporosis and other hereditary signs of body aging. After my doctor recommended I try Pilates, I decided it was the right exercise for me! I can go at my own slow pace in my private sessions with Jillian, and never feel intimidated by other people like I did in the crowded gym classes.
