Jessica graduated from Western Boone Jr. Sr. High School in 2010. While at Western Boone she played volleyball. She was formerly employed at the Witham Family YMCA in November 2011 to August 2012. Jessica returned to the YMCA in December 2012 with a personal training certification through ACE, which stands for “American Council on Exercise.” She is also YMCA certified in group exercise, lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid. Jessica is very passionate about helping people achieve their goals whether, it is to lose weight, accomplish a marathon, or to have an active lifestyle. Her main goal in fitness is to program a workout designed for each individual that is fun and effective and to have a positive experience.

    I've been intimidated by gyms forever - too self-conscious and unsure of what exercises to do to follow through on a real fitness plan. So, I signed up to for a personal trainer, and I'm so thankful that I did. I've been training with Jessica for a year now. She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and positive. And, she genuinely cares about my success and well-being. Throughout the last year, I've lost inches and body fat. My strength has improved so much: Looking back at what I was lifting a year ago, it feels great seeing how far I've progressed. She pushes you to improve and do the best you can, but never to a point where you're uncomfortable or not enjoying your time. I'm always excited to go back. Can't wait to see what the next year holds. I would highly recommend Jessica! :D

    I have been training with Jessica now for a couple of months. She makes training very comfortable for me, even when I'm not comfortable doing things by myself. She always has the right motivation to get you to finish the exercise. I have definitely been impressed with my work that Jessica and I have been doing to prepare for my wedding! She is someone that I would recommend going to over and over again! She would show me many different exercises and help explain what muscles I'm hitting and what this helps for me personally. This way I know exactly what I need to do if I we're to do the exercise by myself and don't walk away blind after training stops. She definitely has a very down to earth type feel but she will make you work for you goals. She does what she can to make sure you get what you want. She is awesome!

    I trained with Jessica for 6 months. With a 100 lbs to lose, and the fact that i had not been on an exercise regimen for years, i have to say i was nothing more than pleased at the end of my 6 months training with her. I saw my body change right before my eyes! What I loved about Jessica the most, is that she saw the potential in me. She would show me the excercise, and i have to admit i actually laughed a few times thinking no way was i going to be able to do that, lift that much. Today I have increased my weights and repetitions. I feel confident. Jessica is easy to talk to, ask questions to. I have even talked to her about advise on food, reducing sugar, etc. Thank you Jessica!

    I have had the opportunity to train with Jessica the last several months. Her easy going personality and motivating spirit is very much appreciated. I have always been strong with cardio, but needed an extra push with the strength training. I can honestly say I feel more stronger and toner since training with her. I have learned so many different exercises I can now do on my own, as well as recovery and stretching. She puts in a lot of time helping her clients and is eager to find creative ways to go about doing that. I highly recommend her!:)

    Jessica is an amazing trainer. I am so lucky to be working with her on my fitness goals. She has a unique style of challenging you through encouragement and motivation. In the short time I've had with Jessica 's training and guidance my endurance has increased immensely. I owe all this to Jessica and his great attitude, professionalism, and caring for his clients. We have been targeting all parts of my body. She gives me a lot of information for my workouts and we keep track of it. If you need someone with knowledge, great support, or for fitness competitions then Jessica is for you! I recommend her 110%.
