    I have been working with Jessica for the last few months and she has been a fantastic influence. I have improved in every aspect and am able to do things I never thought possible. Jessica is extremely organized, punctual, professional and a wonderful motivator. She takes care of everything, including guidance on what to eat, when to eat, and what to do on the days when I'm not training with her.
