    I have had a number of trainers the past few years because my job keeps me moving. I read Jessica's profile online and practically begged her to take me on as a client. The groveling was well worth it! Jessica truly is passionate about training as well as the progress and well being of her clients even outside of the gym. I have to say that Jessica has to be the best trainer I've had the pleasure of working with. I have accomplished more and seen some amazing results in the short time we have worked together. She gets involved with more than cardio and weights, balance, body alignment and proper form. Now all I need to do is figure out a plan of how to pack her up when I have to move on.

    Jessica has transformed my lifestyle - and let me tell you, I am a stubborn one.
    I had never set foot in a gym unless it was to use the bathroom or watch a pickup game, so it was quite a culture shock having a routine of going to the gym on purpose. I am extremely lazy and I won't workout unless it's extremely convenient because the idea of joining a gym - of hiring someone to basically make me do things I didn't want to do- it just was so much but let me tell you, I am so thankful for Jessica. Not only did she understand my (non-existent) fitness level, but she worked me slowly and pushed me enough to make me mentally want this transformation.

    I can tell you now that 8 weeks later I am still working hard, still in routine, and I still LOVE working out with Jessica. I am seeing results and from someone who only ran if being chased, I can say honestly that I am starting to enjoy running and my endurance has been gradually increasing.

    Jessica is the superstar of my life and I am so thankful to work with her!
