Whole foods are a great choice.
My favorite: 2 boiled eggs and a banana.
Positive: like the idea of "planned cheats"
Negatives: If you do it a little too often, you accidentally fall back in to poor habits.

A healthy diet is pretty much it. You won't have a "lean and toned" look if a layer of fat is covering it.
